Garvitaa M — Terms of Service

The Service is available to users aged 13 and above; minors under 18 must have a parent or guardian’s consent to register and to pay.

Keep your password private — you are accountable for everything done through your account. Report any suspected misuse to us at support@igniterapp.com right away.

On enrolment you get a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access the course for your individual use. Copying, sharing, recording or reselling content is not permitted.

Your access lasts as long as the course remains live on Garvitaa M, unless we suspend it for a violation of these Terms.

The price of each course appears on the Service in Indian Rupees, taxes included where applicable. Razorpay processes all payments securely, and we retain only a transaction reference — never your card details.

All transactions are subject to our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to update prices, but changes never apply retroactively to courses you already own.

Our separate Refund Policy on this site explains when you can claim a refund. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days.

Courses that have already been largely consumed or downloaded may not qualify for a refund, unless the law requires otherwise.

You are free to leave and delete your account whenever you wish. We may limit, suspend or end your access where you break these Terms, where the law requires it, or if Garvitaa M stops operating on the platform.

The Service and its educational content are provided “as is” for learning purposes. While we work hard to keep content accurate and the Service available, Garvitaa M does not guarantee any particular exam result, uninterrupted availability, or that the content is error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Garvitaa M is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

The content and branding on Garvitaa M, including videos, notes, mock tests and logos, are the property of Garvitaa M or its licensors and protected by applicable copyright laws. No ownership rights pass to you by using the Service.

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not pirate, copy, or redistribute content; attempt to bypass payment or access controls; upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing material; or interfere with the Service’s security or operation.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without refund where the breach is serious.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app and reflected in the “Last updated” date above; continued use of the Service means you accept the revised Terms.
